Sometimes realizing that you need help can be just as difficult as asking for help in difficult situations. The truth is we all need help at one point in time or another and it’s totally normal. In fact, you deserve to be living your best life right now and I would like to help you get there. My therapeutic approach to working with people is holistic and systemic meaning that I take your whole self, Mind-Body-Spirit into consideration when developing a treatment plan that is right for you.

My clients report that they feel comfortable with me and my non-judgmental approach their individual experiences. Additionally, they say that my approach is a more calming and relaxing therapy experience than they have had in the past. My use of evidenced based somatic treatments such as Brainspotting, breath work, meditation and energy healing have been particularly successful in resolving anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain.

I am also trained in clinical treatment interventions including Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My personal research includes The Highly Sensitive Personality, Healing Centered Engagement, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.

I look forward to working with you and to offer you creative and unique perspectives that may help empower and inspire you to live your best life possible!
